7 Days of Core (Beginner/Intermediate Friendly)

Commit to your core! This short, targeted challenge contains a daily class to strengthen your core. Your core includes more than just your abs. It includes your abdominals, obliques, back, and glutes. Try doing this program for one week and feel a stronger core to help with your yoga practice, running form, and other forms of activity you may enjoy. Most of these classes are shorter in length, and each day has classes varying from 15 minutes to 30 minutes long.

Your Program:
Day 1: 10 Minute Tone: Abs (10 min) - with Aili Storen + 10 Minute Tone: Back and Obliques (10 min) - with Hana Weinwurm
Day 2: Pilates Core Burner (18 min) - with Krystina Simes
Day 3: Core on Fire (30 min) - with Vanessa Bourget
Day 4: YSculpt: Core (20 min) - with Clem Duranseaud
Day 5: Abs on Fire (20 min) - with Alison Lloyd-Nijjar
Day 6: YExpress 360 Core (25 min) - with Naomi Joy Gallagher
Day 7: Quick Core Yoga (30 min) - with Sasha Smith
