Meet Alia Mai! Alia Mai is a registered clinical counselor (RCC) and yoga teacher (YTT500) with a Masters degree in Social Work and Mental Health.
She has been practicing and studying yoga and meditation for twelve years and is YTT500 certified. Alia is passionate about the ability of yoga and meditation to help in overcoming stress, anxiety, grief and depression.

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) she works in private practice with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, addictions, relationship struggles, family and social issues regarding race, culture, religion and identity, women who are victims of sexual trauma or abuse, and individuals struggling to define their life purpose.
