About Me:

I am trained in traditional Hatha Yoga, with certification in Trauma Sensitive and Pre & Postnatal Yoga. I have studied with Swami Muktibodhananda, Swami Mahesh and am currently studying Ayurveda and Yoga with Dr. David Frawley (Pandit Vamadeva Shastri) at the American Institute of Vedic Studies. I weave the wisdom of Ayurveda and the eight limbs of yoga into my classes, in a way that students can relate to and apply in their daily life.

My classes focus on restoring one’s energy, calming the mind, and strengthening one’s body, while providing a sacred space to connect with one’s higher Self.
