Meet Quynh Mi: YYOGA teacher specializing in pre/post natal and yin yoga.

Quynh Mi describes her classes as "warm, welcoming invitation for students to turn inward and connect to themselves, the intent being to silence outside voices and tune into one's truth. In order to move forward in our day to day lives, we are forced to shut down our visceral reactions, our true emotions, in order to get the tasks at hand accomplished. As a result, so much tension is held in the body. I hope to lead students through an experience which allows them to quiet the mind by taking them into blissful relaxation and a gentle opening of the body. As the body opens, we are able to let go of what were once considered boundaries and limitations, and explore our full potential, both on and off the mat."
