Sasha Smith

Sasha is a YYOGA YHot, Power, Flow and Core Fusion teacher.

Sasha has been practicing yoga since she was a sweet teen.

Sasha says "Yoga has helped me feel more at home in my body and in the world, and has helps regulate my thoughts and emotions. It has given me a healthy community of positive people, and a place where I always know to find them."

Sasha gains inspiration from students who share their practice & insights with her; the science & art of sequencing; unconditional presence of animals and nature; and music.

When students leave Sasha's class, she'd like them to feel a little more like themselves: grounded, inquisitive, aware, and embodied.
